I don't know what to sing I can't think of anything. And I don't know what to say it's all blown away But I know how to fly into a blue sky and I know how to move with the tide. I don't know what to sing, I can't think of anything. All of my songs have been sung deep into the night I don't know what to do with this emptiness Maybe I'll lie for a while next to you I don't know who I am but maybe I don't need to know cause that never one moment stopped me from being me And now that I think of it, maybe I'm just a melody there's nothing to figure out Just open my heart and sing . . . . . I don't know what to sing I can't think of anything. And I don't know what to say it's all blown away But I know how to fly into a blue sky and I know how to move with the tide.

Wholeness 04:07
I am love, I am worthy and abundant, I am holy, I am peaceful and awakened, I am whole. I am power and compassion, I am consciousness in action, I am freedom, I am vision, I am whole. I am whole. I am open and unfolding, always changing, ever growing, I am perfectly unfinished, I am whole. Sometimes awkward, sometimes tender, form and formless, beyond gender, I am everything, I am nothing. I am whole. If you want to know for certain (who i am) take a look behind the curtain to find the one behind this Mystery All these names and all these labels try to scoop the ocean in a ladle when all you really want is to swim free. I am that I am.

about

One of my favorite things to do in summer is lie on the grass and look up and feel like I’m falling into the sky . . . so vast and open, so free. I imagine myself soaring in that great blue expanse and feel it surrounding me, soft and loving and spacious.

These songs came in answer to the tangles of my life, in times of great pain and loss, when I took my troubles to the sky and the water and the forests, and they whispered remembrance to me of who I am a part of, beyond this temporary form. Born under Midwestern and Pacific Northwestern skies alongside Sycamore and Oak, Douglas Fir and Western Cedar, the songs gave me a safe place to soar into and feel my freedom again.

With love and gratitude to the Hinkson Valley Nature Sanctuary in Columbia Missouri and the people who belong to the land there, and to the Forest and Grasslands at Powell Butte in Portland Oregon, and the Kundalini Yoga community at Mandala Yoga on Mount Tabor.

Ang Sang Wahe Guru Translation from Gurmukhi: “The dynamic, loving energy of the Infinite Source of All is dancing within my every cell, and is present in my every limb. My individual consciousness merges with the Universal consciousness.”
