    This album was inspired by my soul friends and co-conspirators of the heart who I met on Insight Timer while I was doing regular weekly live streams from April 2021 through September 2022. It includes brand new songs as well as old favorites that had new life breathed into them.

Months ago, in a moment of exasperation at some of the things that were happening in my family, I found myself reaching for the words of the Serenity prayer. It occurred to me that I needed them to be in a song so I could remember them better, so I wrote one. I hope you enjoy it! The prayer goes: "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference."
